Our rates include: electricity, water, gaz, heating, air coniditioning and and maid service. During the low and mid season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of two nights whilst during July and August we only accept reservations for a minimum of one week. Reservations are confirmed subject to a deposit of 30%. The deposit will be returned only if cancellation are done within 30 days of the reservation.
Casa Ulivo is an apartment of about 70 square meters, recently renovated. It is furnished with elegance and taste with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the port of Talamone. The completely independent apartment includes two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a lounge/dining room and an independent air conditioning and heating system, Wi-Fi and TV.
