Our rates include: electricity, water, gaz, heating, air coniditioning and and maid service.
During the low and mid season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of two nights whilst during July and August we only accept reservations for a minimum of one week.
Reservations are confirmed subject to a deposit of 30%.
The deposit will be returned only if cancellation are done within 30 days of the reservation.
