Rates

The property extends over 40 hectares and contains a main house and three guest houses, Casa Rose, Casa Marino and Casa dell'Ulivo that are available for rental throughout the year. Each unit has its own outdoor covered terrace with dining facilities with sea views of the Bay and Port of Talamone. Guests have their own separate entrance and parking facilities.  Each unit is equipped with central air conditioning, TV, WIFI and its own outdoor chairs, sunbeds and umbrella.

Casa Rose
Sleeps:  Four persons
Two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a kitchen unit with living room and dining room with fireplace. One bedroom with queen size bed and the other with two single beds that may be joined to form a queen size bed.
Casa Rose Rental Rates*
Low Season - €1,200 per week (Jan/Feb/Mar/Oct/Nov/Dec)
Mid Season -  €1,700 per week (Apr/May/Jun/Sept)
High Season - €2,100 per week (Jul/Aug)


Casa Marino
Sleeps: Two to Four people
A double bedroom with bathroom, a kitchen unit, living and dining room with a double sofa bed and fireplace. The bedroom has two single beds that may be joined to form a queen size bed.
Casa Marino Rental Rates*
Low Season - €800 per week (Jan/Feb/Mar/Oct/Nov/Dec)
Mid Season - €1,100 per week (Apr/May/Jun/ Sept)
High Season - €1,450 per week (Jul/Aug)


*Rental Rates
Our rates include: electricity, water, gaz, heating, air coniditioning and and maid service. During the low and mid season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of two nights whilst during July and August we only accept reservations for a minimum of one week. Reservations are confirmed subject to a deposit of 30%. The deposit will be returned only if cancellation are done within 30 days of the reservation.

Dogs are welcome only if declared at booking. As extras, we can organise a breakfast service, baby sitters, a dedicated cook, grocery shopping ..
